We provide professional and consulting services for various types of properties leading to the implementation of an action plan in various stages. We assist investors
interested in acquiring or developing small lodging properties in Puerto Rico in
the feasibility analysis, financial projections, tax incentives, and design
process. The company also offers asset management services.

Experience and Expertise
Our team has close to 25 years of experience in asset management and operations of franchised hotels and restaurants, independent vacation ownership clubs (time-share), and golf clubs in Puerto Rico. We have managed several businesses with a varying number of employees, from 12 to over 100. We have also conducted feasibility assessments of small hotels, vacation ownership properties, and other tourism projects.

Leadership
Attorney Emma M. Cancio is the President of We Manage, LLC. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico, a Master’s Degree in Tourism and Resort Development from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Leisure Studies from Springfield College, Massachusetts. She has been working with the group for 30 years. She is an accomplished Executive Officer with a consistent record of successful strategic direction and growth of branded hospitality businesses and service driven companies, including real estate development, vacation ownership clubs, hotels, and restaurants. Additionally, she possesses wide-reaching international business management knowledge, having worked at several hotels such as Hilton International, in the United States and across the Caribbean and Latin America.
She is a self-motivated and proactive business leader impacting performance and viability of organizations even under financial duress, by implementing improvement measures and efficient allocation of resources. She participated in a special committee of attorneys advising the Puerto Rico Tourism Company on the amendment to the Puerto Rico vacation ownership law. She is also a member of the Advisory Boards of the International School of Hospitality and Culinary Arts of the Ana G. Méndez University, Carolina and Cabo Rojo Campuses. Attorney Cancio directs all engagements and is involved in all legal, financial, management, and marketing aspects.
Griselle Torres is the Office Manager and Accountant of We Manage, LLC. She holds a Masters in Finance from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico, Cayey Campus. She has been part of the Company’s professional team for 15 years. Ms. Torres is an accountant with complete knowledge of the accounting cycle, she has been responsible simultaneously for the books of several entities and companies, including hotels and vacation ownership properties. She is also responsible for the formation of Puerto Rico companies and the required government reports. Having demonstrated through the years to be dynamic, resourceful, flexible, and open to new challenges, Griselle Torres is a valuable member of our team.
